Subj : Market Action To : All From : Paul Rogers Date : Wed Mar 03 2004 05:49 pm
Prices were basically flat all day, a little below the line all morning
and a little above all afternoon. The problem is: nobody cared! Volume
was -12% below average.
I haven't had any signals to bail-out yet, so I'm still hanging in. And
I'm not holding any stocks, just mutual funds in retirement accounts, so
my positions are less volatile than individual stocks. But this isn't a
time to get adventurous. Who knows where it's going to go next?

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
Last Signal: BUY Date: 11/24/03 S&P: 1052
