Subj : Market Action To : All From : Paul Rogers Date : Wed Feb 18 2004 06:24 pm

Again today the market ran off a cliff. It must have been due to some
announcement because it happened right at 2PM, and of course volume
spiked. The Oscillator is confirming the price action, and it looks
like prices are against a resistance level. The only hope the Bulls
have is the fact that volume has been low. Maybe the institutional
investors already lightened their positions in January, they aren't
stampeding for the exits over the past week or so. While prices are
near the January peak, my other indicators are weaker than they were.
I wish investors would quit fighting it and just let it get over with.

Price Vola- Momen- Volume Oscil- Summ.

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)

Last Signal: BUY Date: 11/24/03 S&P: 1052
