I got a glimpse of the NYSE chart today.  It gradually worked its way
higher, but again without notable enthusiasm.  Volume was down to -7%
below average.  The S&P500 finished only marginally higher.  It's right
up to this new overhead resistance line.

Timing Signals:  I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch.  If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!!  It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
