Subj : Market Action To : All From : Paul Rogers Date : Thu Nov 13 2003 06:12 pm

The market spent most of the day trading modestly lower, then recovered
back to about even on improving volume in the last hour. Volume was
just average. So it was nothing to speak of.

We're still at recent highs. For the month so far 1060 is proving to be
"resistance". Volume has been fairly low, showing not much enthusiasm.
So I'd expect the Market to once again be mostly influenced by what ever
news comes over the wires.

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)

Last Signal: Buy Date: 10/01/03 S&P: 1018
