Subj : Market Action To : All From : Paul Rogers Date : Mon Sep 15 2003 06:45 pm

Another unremarkable day. Prices were flat, and volume was a little
below average. Nothing particularly stands out in my charts, that isn't
reflected in the mini-charts below. Two weeks till the end of the
quarter. Confession season is coming, but it's the end of quarter
earnings reports that count. We also need to see what the mutual fund
managers want to do for their fiscal year end at Halloween.

Price Vola- Momen- Volume Oscil- Summ.

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)

Last Signal: BUY Date: 08/12/03 S&P: 990
