Again prices were up modestly, but volume was up +15% above average.
That means there were more buyers than we've been accustomed to seeing
during the Summer Doldrums, but they were getting their stocks without
paying up for them.  That's not the way to drive prices higher.  The
Bulls need to convince investors to HOLD stock, that they'll be able to
sell later at higher prices.  Somebody is willing to sell.  I suspect
the mutual fund managers are dribbling out their sales at a rate the
market can absorb without driving prices down.

Timing Signals:  I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch.  If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!!  It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
