Once again volume was uncommonly light, -16% below average. I'd expect
low volume during the "summer doldrums", but a slower "sag" getting
there.
Yes, I'm expecting a typical summer for the Market. So far the low
volume indicates stock holders are continuing to be holders. They're
not afraid this was just another Bull Trap in a Bear Market. The Bear
was holding prices down, like holding a beachball under water. But I
think we've popped back to the surface now. But I expect most investors
are like me, and they want to see confirmation in the economy. I
wouldn't be trading stocks expecting a quick rise like we had last
quarter.

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
Last Signal: BUY Date: 04/01/03 S&P: 858
