Prices were more than half-way to significance just on their own, and
volume was more than 10% above average.  That's enough for me to call it
an "Accumulation Day", when Buyers are actively accumulating stock.  As
long as they don't get cold feet, this rally will continue.  But they
have demonstrated the ability to hide very well.

As far as tecnical indicators, there were some former tops in November
and January around the 940-945 region that could be seen to be
resistance, but I don't think so.  I know my Long Term Declining Tops
line was penetrated and fell back before a few times.  It could happen
again, but I've got hopes this time we're done with the Bear Market.
I think finally Investors are beginning to stretch out their horizons.
Let's hope they don't see anything scarey.

Timing Signals:  I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch.  If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!!  It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
