Subj : Market Action To : All From : Paul Rogers Date : Thu Mar 27 2003 07:02 pm
Minutes after the Market opened it plunged, then after about a half hour
it began working its way back until the last hour or so, ending about
flat. But the notable thing about today's results is Volume was down
-12%. Still there isn't a lot of selling going on, but neither was
there much buying. So rather than the mid-day price recovery being a
story of the Bulls fighting for their cause after an initial fright,
it's more that was a slight imbalance to the buyers, but they were
cautious about their buying. I'd say that's OK.
Price Vola- Momen- Volume Oscil- Summ.

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
Last Signal: BUY Date: 03/17/03 S&P: 863
