Subj : Market Action To : All From : Paul Rogers Date : Wed Mar 26 2003 06:31 pm
Well, the mini-charts tell the story. Prices didn't make it above the
line, and volume stayed below average. If I was playing in this Market
I wouldn't be alarmed, it's natural for there to be a pause after such a
sharp rally. But this isn't a trustworthy Market either! Bad news
could knock the legs from under it. So it wouldn't be just the troops
who'd be keeping their finger by the trigger. This is a Trader's
Market. Get greedy and they'll hand you your head. But then I'm NOT
playing the Market right now. It's much too risky for me right now.

Know when to fold 'em.
Know when to walk away,
Know when to run."

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
Last Signal: BUY Date: 03/17/03 S&P: 863
