Prices and the Advance-Decline line recovered a bit today on higher
volume than yesterday, though still below average. If I were a short
term trader I'd consider the rally still running, though with the
realization that investors are keeping one eye on the ticker and the
other on CNN. This Market can't see a day ahead, forget 6-9 months!
This really isn't "an investor's Market", though that's not to say that
the Dollar Cost Averagers should change strategies. But if you also do
a little investing on the side, well, cash is just dandy! I wouldn't be
looking at Bond Funds as a place to park, because I still think the
trend of interest rates is probably up, costing me principal.

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
Last Signal: BUY Date: 03/17/03 S&P: 863
