Subj : Market Action To : All From : Paul Rogers Date : Mon Mar 24 2003 06:58 pm
"Mama said there'd be days like this..."
"Expect red numbers to come." That's what I left you with Friday. Down
over 30pts, that's significant. The ratio of Advancing:Declining stocks
was 2:7, so there were probably more places to hide in Baghdad than Wall
Street. But what's missing? Today wasn't a Distribution day! Volume
went from +34% above average to -6% below average. Prices fell because
buying dried-up, sellers had to discount their stock to find willing
buyers, not because there was a stampede for the door.
Price Vola- Momen- Volume Oscil- Summ.

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
Last Signal: BUY Date: 03/17/03 S&P: 863
