Prices were up 30pts, well over the 25pts "significance level". Volume
was up +25% above average. That's easily enough to qualify as an
"Accumulation" day by my standards. It was also enough to prompt my
timing signal to flash a BUY signal, for the first time in two months.
It's clear that geopolitical circumstances have overtaken the Market.
But the University of Michigan's preliminary March index of sentiment
has fallen because of "rising energy prices, job worries, stock market
weakness, and growing war jitters." OK, this takes care of the last of
those. I think I'd be using this rally as an opportunity to finally
dump the stocks you shouldn't even have, maybe do some trading if that's
your style. But I'd also be expecting this to be overdone, and all the
chickens to come home to roost. Just where we'll be when that happens I
have no idea right now. I believe my numbers will tell me when it has
happened.

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
