The Oscillator dipped "below the line" today, indicating the general
trend of all NYSE stocks has been more lower days than higher days
recently. I wouldn't say it's any kind of Support, but I think some
technicians will be watching to see if the Market can stay above last
month's low at 817. But Technical Analysis doesn't have much meaning
in this Market. We're still well stuck in the Bear Market. CYA.

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)

Last Signal: SELL Date: 01/17/03 S&P: 902
Winner or Loser: Loser By: -7
