Well, my Timing Signal fell just below the line enough to register a
reversal, but since I didn't believe the Buy signal that's a non-event
to me. When the Market gets flat like this with very low volatility it
does tend to whipsaw above and below the line slightly.
The mini-chart says it all. Key now seem to be the very low Volatility,
i.e. Prices just aren't changing much, and falling Volume, i.e. lack of
enthusiasm. War seems to be inevitable, so who want's to buy now? Got
any risky positions?

Timing Signals: I don't use or recommend timing signals, but they're
fun to watch. If I did though, well, I might use something like this.
(Be warned!! It tends to whipsaw around signal points!)
