 It this the same BRECON by Mike Nichols? or at least the older program
 I also thought was pretty useful a while back, version v0.094

 Netmail is functional but I don't run a dial-up BBS. I hope to return
 back to a full time Telnet BBS again. I miss the 24/7 connection and
 running all the servers (Telnet, Web Server, FTP Server, and Proxy)
 
 Amazing what you can do with FREEWARE/SHAREWARE and a good cheap dial-up
 ISP ;=)
