This is from the Bre Docs:

NoTimeCheck: String             DEFAULT: FALSE

This option will allow you to turn off the Time Checking within the
game.  If this option is set to true, users will not get kicked out
of Barren Realms Elite even if their time alloted on the BBS has run
out.
