I've had a problem in League 610 between two boards, and it happened twice.
One board sent 50+ group attacks to the other on two occasions. Here is the
email w/screen shots I got from the targetted boards sysop... it will explain
the problem better than I could. :)

Well, you're not going to belive this.  *I* just went into the game, read the
news, saw many attacks from BO with the last many getting 0 regions, viewed
the scores and saw this:

I swear on a stack of P4 chips this is not intentional.  Nothing is different
on my end.  I wonder if its the massive kills or something, just the sheer
number of attacks.  Hell, I don't know.  I don't know what to do as I'm sure
Burnt Offerings is absolutely livid at this point.  Convey our apologies if you
will.

Tell me what I need to do to remedy this ... If there is one.
