For what it's worth, he did the same thing in our league.  They 
complained about cheaters and me and the co-LC looked through logs after 
logs trying to find evidence of it and couldn't.  Then another board 
accused them of cheating and HoF flatly refused to help since we didn't 
toss out the boards they claimed were cheating.  A flame war ensued in 
the IBBS echo and eventually it came down to HoF essentially daring us 
to throw them out.  So I did.  It's the first and so far only BBS we've 
ever had to throw out and quite frankly it's been a much quieter league 
and much more enjoyable.
