        I disagree.  Its a hard decision and to do it hasty will
        result in bad times.  With everyone having BRE/FE/TAL
        open source then users and sysops will be cheating all
        over the place.  The reputation of the game will decline...
        Its not like nexus where its just software and there
        aren't any nexus leagues :).  A bit different.
