The reason for it is because your game is waiting for routing data to come from 
each BBS. A problem will only still remain if routing data is done on the same 
day as a downlink. Tested this extensively and if a downlink sends routing data 
at the same time the uplink does it then the downlink will not be seen by the 
LC. John Dailey was told about it but it is still not corrected. You can still 
see regular recon updates from the BBSes in question but show bad routing at 
the same time. Routing data is only done once every 7 days and nothing you can 
do to change it. It is the game itself controlling that and not recon updates 
and stuff.
