in case you weren't able to pick it out, the above quote snip is an areafix 
disconnect message that was posted in the echo instead of netmail to their 
hub... in other words, they are disconnecting from this area and turning it 
off...

also need to see what can be done to get hugh to get sb-sysops and sb-solar_rpt 
back on the Z1B backbone... there's more than one backbone in N.A. and he's 
evidently on the NAB bone while i'm on the Z1B bone... the bones are connected 
but Z1B dropped those two echos for lack of traffic some months ago... pretty 
close to a year ago... if hugh'll make the request in the Z1BACKBONE echo, that 
should get it back in transit... there may even be an elist problem with one or 
both of those areas... it needs to be noted also that the Z1B backbone area is 
Z1BACKBONE while the NAB's area is Z1_BACKBONE... _both_ backbones require 
requests to carry echo traffic... Z1B cleans its lists of "dead" areas quite 
frequently while the NAB seems to have just recently instituted a "600-days of 
no traffic" criteria...

anyway, something needs to be done...
