 RD170 is being used in the new Atlas-III vehicle (IIRC).
 It perfoms rather well, and is chaper than comparable US engines.

 For more information, there are websites of NASA and the engine companies.
 I can find some specific URL's if you like.

 They do not publish much information because it is controlled technology,
 and they are not commercially marketing these engines.
