Hi Vlad, I am -not- the moderator of this echo but (going off memory) the 
topics I have seen in this echo would seem to indicate that this echo is 
devoted, primarily, to the exploration of space.  I have seen messages on both 
manned and unmanned space missions but not much in straight astronomy.  Hope 
this helps...
