VA> I see, you speak Russian? :) Where did you learn it? A long story. As a child I was always interested in the space activities of the USSR. I listened to Radio Moscow on the short wave radio (mostly propoganda). I wrote some letters to Radio Moscow, and they sent me some books on how to learn Russian. Also, my High School offered an optional class in Russian, and I made a request to participate in this class, I participated for one hour per week for about 6 months. I have found it has helped me to learn a little more about the Soviet and Russian space activites. But I am sorry, I was never very good. It takes a lot of energy to get into Earth orbit. VA> Today there is another project... Not only Russia & USA, but, afaik, VA> other countries... (which?) The International Space Station (ISS). Other countires are: Canada, Japan, Brazil, and the members of ESA (European Space Agency), ESA includes about 12-14 countries, I do not remember all. ....
