Netmail was never a preferred method for registration of any of our
programs.  Years ago we had an online door to register Silver Xpress and
it required a BBS login, not netmail.  800 has also been available
stateside and in Canada.  The secure online order system at our web site
eliminates a cost call for anyone with an internet account, and has made
it particularly convenient for those overseas.
