I believe you needed a CAS compatible modem.

The information should be in the Door Guide.  If you don't have it with the SX
Door program, it's called SXGUID01.ZIP.  I think it's available from our
system.

I don't remember this.  We have secure online ordering at www.santronics.com
and have eliminated the use of Netmail for registration purposes.
