Shouldn't have to.  The 2 line Community Edition WIN Server/Platinum XpressWINS
bundled package is $179.00.  For that price you get your traditional dialup
system, FTP, HTTP, Telnet, POP3 Server, with freely distributable and
customizeable client which can be used for dialup telnet purposes.

Platinum Xpress handles the Fidonet side and all of the related activities,
ie., tic processing, nodelist compiling, area/filefix and includes its own 32
bit Editor.
