Now everyone knows that when you say 12 children a day are killed by guns, you are including in that figure, 19 to 21 year olds who are killed by the police or other criminals while engaging in criminal activity. Now everyone knows that less than one child, under the age of 14, are killed accidentally by guns per day. They also know that automobile accidents, drownings and other causes kill more children than guns. I thank you because more gun owners than ever have joined the NRA and have donated more money to them than ever before. I thank you because you have shown everyone that in order to "keep your children safe", you are willing to put them in harm's way by pushing your babies in their strollers right into the path of 5000 marching protesters, which I personally witnessed. I see the reasoning behind your sacrifice. If a 200-pound man trips over the stroller and crushes your baby, it won't grow up to be killed by a gun. Yes that is a very good way to keep your child safe from guns. You have also shown the world just how non-violent your group is when you threw food at the Armed Informed Mother's March as they paraded past you. It was very considerate of you to feed us since most of us went to DC on our own dime instead of in the sponsored busses that took you there for free. Please, keep your organization going.
