NOTES:

 * Games have a maximum time limit of 18 months. The moderator may be
    petitioned for an extension, but most games should be designed to
    reach a significant goal on or before the 18th month.
 * Active games become inactive at the request of the GM, or when I
    or a Moderator declare it such. (No posts in a month's time or so)
 * Inactive games may be reactivated at any time at the GM's request.
 * Games are destroyed after 6 months of inactivity. A destroyed game
    must be re-applied for if the GM wishes to restart it.
 * Starting games that qualify for inactivity will be destroyed and must
    be re-applied for.
 * A separate post will give more information on some Active games and
    Starting games.
