Hello All,

First of all I wonder if I'm still connected. There have been some problems 
with the echo flow lately, and I have not seen any messages in this area for 
more then two weeks...

My problem is this:
If I understand it correctly, an event that has the Clr.Out flag set, should 
clear the "no connect" and "bad wazoo" counts.
It does not!
I did not notice this before, because the connects to my boss were always good. 
Now I've got a new boss, and there are some problems to get a connection with 
him :(
At the moment I'm running Portal of Power 0.70p3, but the problem also existed 
in the last 0.63 version.
