Michael and I telephoned a few minutes ago and made test on this nonCM
calls and we think it works correctly.

Settings following options:

  Event with CM-only on
  ZMH to a different time than the actual time

and creating polls to a nonCM node this node isn't called. If I set ZMH
to 00:00-00:00 (whole day) or a time period including the actual time
the call is done.

Calls to nonCM nodes in other zones different from the own zone are made
never.

Please look if you have defined the nonCM node you called is defined in
node setup and you maybe have a defined an opening time. Be aware that
00:00-00:00 in this node setup will allow portal to call at every time.
