It is a long way from the raw nodelist to a call of a nonCM system in another 
zone.  ;)

Portal's part is to know the time difference between a nodes ZMH and the local 
time. This is only written in the information part of the nodelist. So Portal 
needs an external file. But Portal has so many external files (portal*.*) and i 
don't want any more.
