Correct. To be precise the flags for the event are Usr Req CM, but I don't 
think the other flags should have anything to do with it :)

So at least it was not /me/ who was confused :))

I think it worked correctly some time [maybe more than year] ago it worked 
correctly. But I'm not certain...

If you need a safe site to test, 2:280/205 [Jochem Broers] is a good one. I 
/know/ that his computer is online 99.9% of the time. Just tell him you are 
testing and mention my name :)

My first reaction was: of course, silly question :) Still I checked, just to be
