Hi All,

I begun work on the next version of Portal.

Beginning with this (pre-)release I will leave Alpha/Beta/Gamma status
and will use a new release numbering beginning with PoP 0.70.

This I had done today:

   Changes from v0.63á9-GPT07 to v0.70/GPT  (xx/xx-00)

     # Changed ETA time calculation to reflect the remaining transmission
       time according to the current CPS rate.
     ! Zone outbound directories were deleted although KeepEmptyDirs was
       enabled.
     ! Event enable/disable in function request does not work. This options
       enabled/disabled an event on monday.
     # Changed version numbering leaving Alpha/Beta/Gamma status completely.
       Old numbering was to long for the pid kludge (FSC-046).
