It's on the mailscanner to put the correct flo files to the outbound.
Normally you can make routings in a mailscanner to send packets on the
right way.

Portal will never readdress outgoing files - now and in future!

To avoid that Portal will call such a number because the mailscanner has
put such a file in to the outbound you have various possibilities:

1. Use the LCR feature

2. If you are using a V7 nodelist index you can try to give this node an
unique modem type number, which isn't used for another modem type. Then
disallow Portal to call systems with this modem type.


3. Maybe (I do not looked at this) you can say your V7 compiler in the
phone translations to clear the number to unpublished.
