Only disallow dialing will be easy (add '|' before the number by the nodelist 
compiler or LCR), but i see at the moment no chance making it real 'undialable' 
with host-routing. Maybe you must use an outbound manager (Yabom?) to route the 
mail correctly (bad: no automatic, one entry for every node).
