I'm using 5.13 build 4 (DOS). I started setting it up over a year ago. I 
stopped for a long time since the tick processor in Portal was still 
working for me. I have over 15 downlinks in one net and it would not 
handle all of them. So I went back and finlly finished allfix. Now that 
its working I killed the tick processor in Portal.
I still get a bad tic once in a while when Portal tries to handle the 
Fido noddiff.  I just turned off the misc tick options. Maybe that will 
get it to stop scanning for tic files.... :)
