My problem with using the tick processor and hatchpop has been fixed. I 
have more downlinks that Portal can handle when I hatch out files. This 
problem finally got me to finish my setup of Allfix which has taken my 
over a year to get working. I then killed all of the entries in the tick 
areas and all of my errors have stopped.  I still use Portal as my mailer 
(0.62) since it handles the rest of the mail. I only have two boards that 
still get mail via dial up. The rest go over the internet....

It would be cool of someone could fix the back ground problem with 
Portal.... LOL
