Having a error in hatching out files. I'm using the Tick Areas and have 
been using it for years.

In the Tick Areas you have two areas
In/Out Nodes: and Out nodes:

In my setup the Out nodes is full and I put 3 entries in the In/Out Nodes 
area. The error is with the last listing in the Out Nodes and the 3 nodes 
in the In/Out area. It wont make Tick files for them.
If it makes a difference I'm using Portal 0.62 and Hatch POP 1.10 My OS is 
Win 98SE. I have tried most of all of the current versions of portal 
of Power with all of the available flags and It just wont run in the back 
ground on my system....
If any one has any ideas please pass them on....
