the actual release of Portal of Power by the German Portal Team is:

  P063B907.ZIP     -     Portal archiv version 0.63 B9 GPT 07
    (Magic PORTAL)

  P063S907.ZIP     -     Portal source archiv version 0.63 B9 GPT 07
    (Magic PORTALSOURCE)

  P070GPT?.ZIP     -     Portal actual prerelase, where ? is the minor
    (Magic PORTALPRE)    number of the prerelease.

These magics are guaranteed on my system only but should be used by Michael
and Fred also. Please use them to get the newest files allways.

A prerelease can be applied only if you have the last official full release
installed on your system. Please read the README file very carefully if you
want to test prereleases.
