Since the step from 0.62 to 0.63 PoP will have problems under Win. The
reasons for this are absolutely unknown.

Also it is unknown which changes causes this trouble. The old 0.62
source is not accessable.

I made some /W switches to makle things better but not solving them.
Maybe you can give PoP a try and please report your results.
