We know I I checked all code I got from 0.62 versions against the 0.63
code and I did not found anything which will force this win problems.

Mainly I checked the modem unit but there is no reason! I put in this
older modem unit and I did not find an answer.

I made some silly thing like putting all modem string and modem answers
to the log file during modem init and now the modem was initiated as
fast as it is done under pure dos!

I changed this log output a little bit (only writing to screen not to
file) and it did not work again.

I wrote something to a temporary file and it does not work well!

I did not know what's going wrong.
