 DLS> What is the latest version of Portal of Power out that can be used with

All later versions have trouble running under Win. Since v0.63b9-GPT06 there 
are some new switches implemented for get it running with multitasking 
operation systems.

Latest release is v0.63b9-GPT07 (file name: P063B907.*),
latest prerelease is v0.70-GPT07 (P070GPT7.*, an update archive).

 DLS> and having a lot of trouble with date problems when I toss mail to
 DLS> my downlinks. The mail tosser that I'm using is Gecho 120/Pro....

Maybe you need an update of your tosser. Or another one. The date problem is 
not a point of Portal.
