Let's select: mail with direct flag will only be dialed, if 'Receive only' _and 
'CM only' are set to 'no' (not recommented). Mail with crash flag can dial out 
if 'CM only' is set to 'yes' (immediate only on 'Receive only : yes').

IF you have mail (or a flow file) with crash status and set the event flags 
correctly and Portal don't dial out .. you have a special problem.  :(

Have you set 'Max. bad WaZoo' and 'Max. busy'? You _must set it > 0 (see F1, 
there's a note implemented since GPT05).
