It is easy: Portal don't route netmail. The internal traces of toss, scan, pack 
are not usable, to route you need an external program like ..

... and it's Pack Manager. I use FMail too, but for more flexibility i route 
netmail with CFRoute, a freeware netmail packer for binkley outbound (v0.95 and 
up is y2k-ready).
