It is not possible to remove Doubt from our minds.  It is an essential
part of human nature for man to live with Doubt.

Every firm belief is presumption, which is the essential credo of
Doubt.  Wilson, obviously, is one who truly understands this world
of Doubt.

Believing or not believing in diplomacy (or anything else) is of
absolute insignificance.  Belief or non-belief in diplomacy depends
on a purely intellectual orientation.  Therefore, diplomacy has no
relation to notions of entertainment, and is irrelevant to the idea
of lurkers.

or not true, thus taking refuge in Doubt.
