It can also spread like a virus. Agreed. -> RM> No matter what steps are taken by the programmer or the team of -> RM> programmers, beta testers, debuggers etc there are always things -> RM> that are overlooked. -> -> Is there much difference between "I'll never learn this stuff" -> and "There are always things that are overlooked?" That is a very good question, and I can see where you are headed. There are three levels of self talk: 1) Absolutely Negative: "I will never learn this stuff." 2) Neutral: "I can learn this stuff." 3) Absulutely Positive: "I am learning this stuff." The statements, "I'll never learn this stuff" and "There are always things that are overlooked?" are both clearly of level 1 self talk. I take your point to be that it is just a matter of mental conditioning? That we are imperfect simply because we view ourselves as imperfect? That is a very interesting possibility and I am glad you brought it up, because now I am rethinking the "nothing can be perfect" philosophy. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5 * Origin: Try Our Web Based QWK: DOCSPLACE.ORG (1:18/140) .
