I could draw it for you, but think of a donut with an infintely small "hole." Calibrate the donut, starting at the center and going around the torus and back to the hole again. That is the time dimension. Now consider the circle represented by any particular instant in time. That is two of the three space dimensions (had to leave one out so you could imagine it in three dimensions with time in).
