        That was one of Voegelin's favorite books and the favored
passages were those that went, "There is a time for.... and a time
for...."  A time for EVERYTHING under the sun.  One should not be
surprised because Anaxamander's dictum: "All things come from the
apeiron and pay one another penalties for the their time of
existence."  Or sumpin like that!!!
